Hi! I'm Elisha, the founder of Kiriel Couture Cakes. I am an autodidactic cake artist. I founded KCC in 2016 when I was a stay-at-home mom. I went back for my Bachelor's degree in 2017 and kept up with cakes as a side hustle. I've since graduated with a degree in Biology and English Literature in 2022, but I'm still using cake as a medium to create art. I use my methodical, scientific mind to create meticulous and unique cake designs that are different than most cakes you'll find in the Eastern Panhandle.
I am a home-based cottage baker offering cakes and cupcakes that are tailored to your personal vision and design inspiration. I can do anything from a small 6 inch cake for intimate get-togethers to tiered cakes for weddings and large parties. I am skilled in gum paste flowers and 3D gum paste and fondant toppers. Most importantly, I believe that a cake should TASTE as good as it looks, so all my cakes, fillings and frostings are made from scratch. I am skilled in the classics so I can do well executed simple flavours that can please a crowd, but I'm always trying out new recipes and flavour combos. From picky eaters, to purists, to complex palates, I'm your girl!
